No. Capture connects the cameras you already have with POS transactions and scale readings in one site-level database.
How are the till slip and video synchronized?
POS lines, scale readings and camera footage land in the same record. A flagged event already carries the relevant clip, till lines and exact timestamps — synced to the millisecond.
Does every alert become a reported incident?
No. The public product is verified incidents. AI-flagged exceptions are reviewed by trained video auditors before they reach the client.
Can it detect an item that was never scanned?
Verify (AI Video Auditor) is built for item-level video review of what the till never recorded. That layer is in testing and still uses human confirmation before action.
Who verifies the evidence?
Trained video auditors — including Deaf and disabled professionals whose visual concentration matches the role — review AI-surfaced exceptions before a finding is released.
Is the platform already operating at live retail sites?
Yes. Capture, Reason and Show are live. The first live analysis correlated independent signals automatically. Verify remains in testing.
